Okay – I saw this movie in the mid 90’s but I think it was from the 70’s or 80’s. It was in the cult section of the video store. Shot in black and white, very grainy and made to look old. Had an Eraserhead feel to it in terms of cinematography. All I remember is that it was about people, wrapped up in a cocoon like shell or cloth. They would wiggle around on the side of a barren hill with dead trees on the hill. Very SciFi/creepy/fantasy. I can’t remember if they were punished or dragged around. Disturbing very disturbing.
