When i was younger i watched this movie with my family. All i can remember is there was a Chinese or Asian guy and he was always in a basement and he would look through a window at people. He had this mask that he would wear i dont know what it looked like. There was this one scene where he had made (i believe a girl) drink razor blades. I dont remember anything else. Help?
