I think the movie is from the 90’s, I saw it in television around 2005 maybe?

Two children, (maybe siblings) an older boy and a younger girl must go to a near village to pick up some stuff, but on their way back home they get lost in a snowstorm.
A scene I remember strongly:
– they take refugee in a cave and decide to drink the alcohol they’re supposed to take home. They get drunk and sing and clap and fall asleep there
