Maybe from the 80s or 90s

2 teenagers in a private school , walking down a road they see a dead dog , i remember the shorter guy told the other that it was unfair or something like that ( he didnt like to se animals suffer maybe) . I remember the told guy liked drawing and remember he draw a girl. Remember a scene were they were at Phisical education PE, and the short one was a golkeeper. I stopped watching when they i think try to free a animal i dont remember what animal from in think a zoo and something goes wrong and idk but something bad happens to the short kid , and thats all i remember. Oh, and i also remember a part when the tall one is stalking the short one and he is watching this old tv while his parents are arguing .
