I think this one was from the 80s or early 90s; I think I watched it sometime between 1993 and 1996.  There’s only one scene that I remember in detail.  A young girl, maybe age 6-12, is in a psychiatrist’s office, taken there by her parents (I think) because she has some ‘abnormal’ tendencies.  The shrink asks her some questions about her life and the girl answers them, and the shrink concludes something to the effect of “Well, it seems you are a normal little girl”.  Then the girl goes on, telling about how she violently beats her brother and cuts the family dog until it bleeds.  The shrink then says “You are definitely not a normal little girl”.

I remember the girl looking a lot like Mara Wilson, but it apparently isn’t her.  Hope somebody can solve this!
