I have been googling and I cannot for the life of me find this movie:

The key things I remember are:

In one of the scenes the big guy with a beard buys them both a burger the boy takes the big guys burger instead of the small one the cop bought for the kid

In anothee scene the boy tidies up the cops house using this black box with light.

The big guy works behind a cocktail bar and make this cocktail for a guy putting in lots of stuff including a raw egg the guy he is serving passes out

These weird guys who could be aliens are trying to kidnap the little boy and putting in what I think was a machine maybe for cloning but the big guy rescue him
