So as in the post title, I do not remember much, but…

there was a guy who lives in apartments of people that left for holiday or something, he just breaks in and sleep there, sometimes he messes with the decor (but that might be just my bad memory). somehow he meets the girl and they start to do this together.

In one apartment, as I remember there was a dead man, and then the things complicate.

In the climax the boy becomes somehow invisible (?).

This is quite recent movie, from this century, it is set in Asia, but I’m not sure wether it’s Japan or Korea, or any other country. It is a color film.
