Unfortunatly, i don’t remember much about it, other than one particular scene, so i’ll attempt to describe it as best I can.
Main character finds a guy who is infected with a light brown symbiotic/parasitic creature that is infesting his right side. the creature is talking to the host of him and the main character, but the infected is trying to kill himself to be rid of it. I don’t remember what happens though. This wasn’t a main part in the movie (I think?) Just a scene.
I also think i remember it being futuristic, but i could be wrong. If anyone can even know what i’m talking about, i’ll be VERY impressed, as i think it wasn’t very well known or recieved, as i’ve looked for it multiple times with no avail.
Vampire Hunter D has a parasite, but it’s on his left hand.

If its the one i think it is then its called literally ‘Parasyte’. Its not really cyberpunk and more horror, the parasite on his hand is basically a alien.
