There was a TV movie halloween special on either ABC or NBC involving a Halloween house party, being thrown. Some how the longer the party goes stayed at the party, the more they became monsters like werewolves or vampires and I think mummies.
The heroes were a guy and girl and the full cast of the movie was African American. I think this came out in 1987 or 1988.
