I saw a cut scene from the series about 3 years ago on TikTok. In it, men (possibly belonging to different clans or species) decided to kiss in public and reveal their relationship.
This scene closely resembles Magnus and Alec’s first kiss from the Shadowhunters, but it wasn’t them. They’ve got blue lights, and the show I’m looking for more brown and dark might be. The series is probably American, but I don’t know for sure. The men were pretty enough. For some reason, I think one of them was a vampire and the other was either a werewolf or a hunter, but that might be my fantasy. This series definitely ran from 2000 to 2021.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find that TikTok video. The action takes place indoors, the lighting is dark (in brown yellow tones, like the sun is making its way). I remember that there were still people in the background and the main pair of men kissed.
