I can only remember this one scene where there’s a person on a canoe on a lake near a cliff(it’s quite like the Barracuda Lake), and there were thousands of birds(or bats or butterflies i can’t really remember) hovering over that person’s head, and that person was recording that magnificent view and maybe he was facetiming with someone and saying something, the whole scene was about the power of life maybe? that person wanted to go to this place and finally found the place and recorded that.
It’s a stretch but maybe Ben Stiller’s “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” from 2013?

i checked the movie briefly, i think you are referring to the scene where the main character was on a BIKE and saw birds forming the image of the woman he admires, but sadly it’s not what i was looking for, thanks anyways
There is a similar scene in Doom Patrol. I believe it was towards the end of season 3.
