I saw this film in 2006. A vampire(or demon) woman is in a basement filled with some scanty water. A vampire hunter came to her place.she reached out her hand through a hole in the door & scratches the floor with her long demon nails but in his visuals it looks like beautiful hands . he proceeded to make out with her & he pray god to forgive him while makeout. It could be late 90s or 00s
