I think in 1999 I watched an american(?) movie where a family with horses moved to a farm house and during the nights their daughter woke up seeing light under her door and hearing someone banging on doors at the corridor. Once she opened the door and there was a ghost woman calling for Ian- her son who was drowned in the beginning of the movie. Eventually Ian’s ghost was found in the mother’s room.
