I seen it around year 96 or 97. I can only remember a guy wearing really dirty glasses and there being sand everywhere. I remember everyone was dirty looking. I remember the guy was in a house i believe and walking through rooms. One room he walked into was a girl wearing a dirty cheerleader uniform and playing with her bubble gum giving the guy a flirty look. Any ideas?

Unfortunately it’s neither movies 🙁 the main character was a guy wearing glasses. His glasses were dirty and may have been cracked.
