I believe it was an animated collection of moral shorts. I watched it on tv in the late 70’s or early 80’s. The only part I remember is a misbehaving boy (I feel like he resembled Bart Simpson) is pushed into a museum display by his mother. It ends with him being a part of the display rowing a ship with other slaves.
