I’m looking for a movie that was set in a post-apocalyptic world, there were zombies. The movie was centred around a couple, they meet a man who says that he can lead them to safety. The girl becomes pregnant at some point in the story, as condoms are nowhere to be found anymore. The movie has a lot of scenes of them just moving around the destroyed world. The zombies where in a big group they tried to stay ahead of. At the end of the movie the group of zombies catches up to them. One (two?) of them gets killed by a zombie. I believe the woman becomes sick before she gets pregnant

I’d love to see this movie again, please let me know if you recognise it.
