So I only remember the first part of the movie. It was in color and in English, at least 1990s. It started with the dad running off in a car with his wife’s best friend and tons of money. He drove off the road and died. Then, the wife and kid’s house got taken away because the dad had stolen all that money. help?
Sounds a little like the first episode of GCB (Good Christian B*****S). A woman with a teenage son is ruined when her husband runs off with his secretary and embezzled money, only to die in a road accident. She’s left with nothing and has to move back to her home town.
