I remember this movie where there were a couple different people’s stories. I believe I got it from a Redbox. In one of the stories a girlfriend/boyfriend wrapped their significant others intestines around their Christmas tree. In another one of the stories, a chef would either cut off pieces of his skin and serve it to his customers or put his blood into every meal. At the end of the movie a British actor (I think) realized her was being watched through the camera lens on his computer.
