I remember seeing this in the late 90’s, on TV I’m pretty sure. It was an adult animated cartoon (not sure if movie or episode) set in a futuristic earth with hover cars and sky scrapers and shit. I remember that this black guy got pregnant with an alien baby, and he started going into labor and his friends were helping him deliver it. They flew around the city in a kind of Paratrooper looking space ship hover car with a loading bay, but I don’t remember the context whatsoever. I don’t remember it being comedic, just fucked up, but I was 7 at the time. I think the animation style was realistic, more like old-school GI Joe cartoons. Please, tell me that someone remembers this so I can enjoy a black man having an alien baby.
