I watched this movie in the early 90’s and I’ve been trying from time to time to Google it but with no success. It’s about a group of people with powers. Details are fuzzy but there are a few scenes that I remember vividly. One of the guys is sort of a rock star and his power is that he can absorb electricity. When the guys putting together the group scout him, he drained the car’s battery and his eyes where glowing white.

At some point, the guy with electric powers had to fight and of course there were large power generators around and I remember he grabbing the generators while singing and moving to a beat… Possibly one of his songs.

There was a girl that had telekinesis, but wasn’t able to fully control it or something. I’m pretty sure it was about the movies climax that she was holding down a big helicopter full of bad guys with her power.
