It was a made-for-tv movie. About 1969-70. First scenes are of a concentration camp. Some prisoners are trying to escape. Sirens sound; search lights pan the area, then gun shots. As some of the prisoners are shot. The camera pans upward to show the flag flying over the camp. It’s the American flag. Does anyone know the title of the movie?
I think it’s Punishment Park, a kind of proto-Battle Royale/Hunger Games, but more realistic…
