I want to say I watched this movie around 2004-2007 but unfortunately I can’t be sure. It was either horror or suspense. I can’t remember the plot or who was in it, I can only remember the very end. It turned out the characters were actually all in a photo on the wall of a mental hospital. The killer/bad guy (if I remember right) was sitting in his cell across from the photo, imagining the whole movie. I apologize if this isn’t enough information, but it’s all I can remember and it’s driving me crazy. Thanks in advance!

No the end of that he was in a car. Thank you though. I don’t remember the duration of this movie which is why it’s so hard to figure out. At the end it showed a photo of all of the characters throughout the movie. It zoomed out to show it was across from a cell in a mental hospital or insane asylum. The man who was either the killer or the main bad guy (since I don’t remember the plot) was sitting in a chair by the door staring at the picture the whole time.
