I watched a movie in the early 90’s on tv. It was probably a 80’s movie. I remember at the start some bad guys broke into a house at night and were kidnapping a family. A teen boy escaped and they were chasing him through the woods.

Also I remember later on that a boy and girl who were taken from the house were locked in cages at some sort of creepy gypsy village or something.

This could have been a kids movie or a horror movie. I’m not really sure. I’ve always wanted to find it.
