This is the only part of the movie I remember because I was very little, wasn’t allowed to see it, and remember taking a sneak peak while I was supposed to be in bed. It was late 80’s, early 90’s I do believe.

Pretty much all I remember is people outdoors, there is a fat guy with a big gut, someone punches him, and his gut explodes.

I know this may be a long shot, seeing as how that’s the only thing I remember. Thanks in advance!
