This is some European or American b-movie set in south east asia during either the Vietnamor Cambodian/Laotian war.  As an American soldier lays dying in his platoon leader’s arms in the field, he confesses that he is still a virgin.  The blonde female army nurse hears this and backs away not wanting to have sex with him before he dies.  All of a sudden the platoon leader bends down and gives him oral sex before he takes his last breath.  Weird because this is a war movie.
