I saw this movie about 10 or 12 years ago, I remember Jeff Bridges as the leading actor. It was about a single or maybe widow woman in the colonial period time (maybe cowboy, mid-western, not sure). Jeff Bridges (not sure if it was him, though) was on the top, silencing her very softly because of her moaning (it is implied that he was inside of her). There were candles or maybe some old lights, but the ambient was very gloomed.

The movie was in english, I saw it on TV.
