I assume the movie’s background is World War 2 era. I saw it probably 15 years ago, but my guess is it’s from the 90s or early 2000s.

I only remember what I presume to be the opening scene. A man in his apartment/bedroom and his lover is with him. She is nude (seen from the back) and hugs him from behind and they proceed to have an intercourse. While still in bed together, the secret police enters and arrests him.
