Movie was in English, in the 90’s and in Colour. An adult woman has a very good relationship with her mother and dad. In fact she adores her dad. She then is about to get married or move in with her boyfriend, when she starts having weird flashbacks/dreams about her childhood. She then goes to a psychiatrist who after a few sessions performs an hypnosis, resulting in her finding out that her father used to abused and her mother never knew. Please help me find it again.
I suspect you might be thinking of “Ultimate Betrayal.” It’s based on a true story. There are three (if memory serves–it’s been years since I last saw this) sisters who were all abused by their father. One doesn’t remember the abuse and adores her dad, until one of her sisters starts to talk about taking legal action against him. Then she starts to have flashback memories of her abuse.
