I remember watching this movie when I was a kid. I remember it being about a boy who secretly uses witchcraft to get with a girl that he liked at his school. I also remember it being some sort of a serial killer who turned out to be their teacher in the end. It has been driving me crazy trying to find it. I assume it came out in the 90s/ Early 2000s.
