So, the movie is told from the perspective of the dad who was white, early 40s maybe, dark hair. He thinks there are witches in the area. These witches really hate men. Everyone treats him like he’s being paranoid but at the end of the movie the witches capture him, burn out his eyes and it turns out his wife and daughter are witches too.
This sounds like The Dark Secret of Harvest Home (1978), a mini-series.
