Ok, there’s a movie my brother and I have been trying to place for awhile now. The one scene we can both remember is set at night, a guy hanging from a sign on the side of a building. He’s hanging onto the letter Y and yelling “Why?! Why?!”
We think it was made in the late 1990s?
I knew I wasn’t imagining things. No one I know, including people I saw the movie remember this movie. After some searching, I’m convinced I attended a limited preview of the movie and it didn’t do well enough to go wider…which explains why no one knows about this movie.
