Ok so thats what I remember from this movie. It was japanese or korean, there was this girl sitting in a library talking to an old guy. The guy leads the girl to a bridge saying that the bridge is dangerous, it is crimson and it is full of zombies. Then they pass this bridge full of dolls and babies, at the end the girl realizes that there is another girl accompanying her and she’s the baby she got aborted  years and years ago. Thanks 🙂
