I remember seeing this weird movie back when I was a little kid. It might of been around 2004 or 2005, because I was in preschool at the time. I remember one scene from it.

The people in the movie were African American. There was this boy with a long, string-like neck. His neck kept bouncing. Then, it showed this man watching him. He looked freaked out. The man walked away, and went to go speak to this woman. The woman may have been his wife. I’m not sure. He might of been telling her what he saw. I also think the woman was lying in bed. Again, I’m not sure.  I’m just stating what I remember.  I’m not sure what kind of movie it was. It looked like it might of been a comedy. And just to be clear, it wasn’t a cartoon. It was live-action. Any way, does anybody know what this movie is. If someone knows, or finds out what this movie is, please let me know. I’d really appreciate it.
