I saw this movie in the mid to late 90s I think, but it might of been older than that. I just remember there was this blue demon boy and he was haunting this house or the family that lived there and he had captured the stereotypical blond teenage girl, and he had a snake penis that he was waving at her. I also have vague memories of the Dad trying to rescue her, and the house shifting around to stop him.
