So…I remember nothing about this movie except that there is a white corridor that seems to never end. There are a small group – 3 to 4 – of people being chased by a faceless, eyeless, armless, giant fleshy green monster that is constantly travelling down the corridor after these people. The corridor, if I remember correctly, is oval-shaped, and the monster seems to fill the entire space, top to bottom and side to side. This monster is seemingly just sliding along with no visible means of transport, but moving at a constant pace that seems to be just a touch slower than the group of people. This monster also has – I think – many slender tentacles, not very long, but hanging from all over it’s surface.
There may or may not have been an earlier scene where 2 to 3 different people may have morphed into this faceless flesh monster blob, just before it started chasing the other group.
Another piece of this that many help is that I certainly remember seeing at a friend’s house in the very early 80s, so it may belate 70s or early 80s. Another thing – I did see it on TV and it could have been some freaky TV show that aired regularly, telling a different show each week, or something along those lines, almost like an early iteration of Tales from The Crypt. I seem to recall it may have been something my friend watched on a regular basis, which explains why, at 5 years old, I thought he was super wigged out.
your monster sounds like The Engineer, as seen in the first Hellraiser (1986)
No, too many facial features – besides I saw this in 1983-4ish, Hellraiser came out in 1987.
Could it Howard the Duck where the aliens are seen in the telescope?
Again, too late. Howard the Duck came out in 1986.
The Green Slime (1968) ?
