I remembered a movie I used to watch (I think at Christmas time? I’m only recalling bits and pieces), there was like a weird scientist creature guy and his wife I think, a snowy land and also a summer land? There was an ice cave and I think the main character (female) was sent to this winter land by the scientist guy from another world? And she was trying to get back home? There were talking trees I believe.. Was in English and in color, probably filmed in the 1980s. If I remember anythig else I will add here.
