It takes place in a rental movie store and one of the employees has a wall of movie recommendations no one ever chooses, except this blonde girl one day. The employee and girl have the same interest in a foreign movie list and become romantically involved. The employee tries to impress the girl by finding the one copy of the movie on the list that they have never seen. He and his friend jump through a TV to steal the only copy of the movie from the internet. They encounter a mad professor.
