I saw this movie around 1997 in Euro Channel

This is what I remember:

There was an old lady who lay in a bed; afterwards her body became the size of a baby´s. She kept talking to her husband/lover (can´t remember) through a tiny radio, and it turns out the husband/lover was a rat that stood by the headboard.

She lived in a very big house, there were servants and an entire family. Everyone was naked, there was a little pig and the children were hitting wit with thin wooden sticks (the pig was bleeding)

The parents began to spin around holding each other by the hand and the mother turns into a unicorn in front of everyone.
