Sorry for the lack of coherent plot this movies was seen in the 90s around Halloween and I am trying to figure out the name so I can watch it again. Here are the plot points I remeber

• Two sisters (possible twins) visit grandparents.
• One is allergic to strawberries
• At some point they start seeing a little girl and a her nanny and they find something belonging to a little girl
• They make the little girl a birthday cake and the nanny gets mad
• One of the sisters puts on the little girls dress and “goes back” in time and relives the little girls birthday party.

During the birthday party the mother tells the little girl to bring down her presents and as she descends the stairs she drops a silver charm bracelet.
