4 or 5 years ago I caught part of this movie on either Cinemax/Showtime/HBO. The movie was from the 2000s or early 2010s. There was a group of college aged kids travleling by car in a European city (I think) and they were chased by a group of bad guys. These bad guys end up tranforming into werewolf type creatures that chase them thru a warehouse district. It was legitimately nerve wracking and scary but I only caught this part of the movie. Any help finding the title would be great!
