this is a horror movie and I watched it in 2010 or 2011 and it was in English. it was not animated and it was playing on abc family, so I don’t know the exact date it was released.  there were a lot of white walls and it was at a contemporary hotel.  I remember there was a little girl about 5 and she had blonde hair. she was at a pool and she was being haunted by an old man. but the only time she saw the man was when she saw water. at the pool, the man showed her to the drain of the pool and she was sucked in and died. then a later scene, a couple was in the parking lot of the hotel and saw water and the old man forced cars to hit the people and they died.
