…looked like a way older animated movie. Possibly 50s or 60s but at the same time it could be anytime before 1997. I believe it is of Chinese origin but it has these animals but I don’t think they talk they jus mess with one another but it’s got humans an I think there’s a part where like a evil Chinese type animal has this other animal steal food from a human? I really don’t know anything more but I know it’s animated color cartoon with these animals in at a Chinese festival.
