I saw the movie on TV around 1985. I think it was not old that time: the heroes were dressed in the fashion of those years. I don’t think there were any famous actors.
Kind of a love triangle. A poor guy loves a girl who has a rich fiancé. So that the poor man does not interfere with the wedding, the rich fiancé decides to stop him. The rich man owns a children’s shop. He makes the poor man to put on a wolf costume and leaves him tied in a children’s shop so he doesn’t interfere with the wedding. Children play with a tied wolf until a store employee finds him.
