Hello! I saw this at about 2006-2008, it was in English, I saw it on TV (it was on a movie channel so I’m pretty sure it was a movie), we watched Identity right before, and The Professional right after… It was definitely in color, and I just remember the ending of it which had a girl chained at her neck with a white shirt and white underwear. I’m sorry I can’t give too many details, I’m desperately trying to dig in my memory
