Okay so i cannot remember the title of this movie to save my life someone PLEASE help because I would really like to see it again. It is about a boy who is bullied, he is very dirty and grungy but a popular girl befriends him, I think she is a cops daughter or something. The boy ends up going and shooting up his class and himself, the girl he was friends with hides under the teachers desk with a weapon and refuses to come out until her father coxes her out. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME NAME THIS MOVIE!!
