I remember seeing this movie when I was younger. It was an animated movie about a skateboarder who gets crippled and his parents are murdered by the villain. The villain is a weapon manufacturer who plans to sell mind control devices on the black market. His tech-savvy friend designs a pair of leg braces that allow him to walk again as well as a high-tech skateboard and helmet so he can fight crime and solve his parents’ murder. Then the villain sends an assassin to kill the hero.
