Ok i remember i rented this from the blockbuster store in the 2000s.  Basically its two sibling a girl and boy and i think they live in the attic of their relatives house.  The girl has this stuffed rabbit toy she carries around.  Then they find something magical in the sea, maybe a box, i dont remember.  Then the FBI is casing then and stuff and they are in this store and they go outside and steal a truck.  then the FBI catches them and the girl starts crying, when her tear touches the rabbit something magical happens (i dont remember what).  and through out the movie we are getting these scenes of like an alien planet and theres this woman and i think she was talking to a hologram of her late father or something.
