This is probably way off but it sounds a little like the dance scene in Jacob’s Ladder. Tim Robbin’s is watching his gf/wife dance at a party in the late 70s or early 80s. He starts hallucinating and she begins to dance more and more seductively with her dance partner. A strobe light starts and he starts seeing bat wings, and a lizard like tail wrapping around her legs and she starts to orgasm until a horn comes through her mouth and he freaks out.
