I saw in early to mid 90’s on hbo or cinemax. I thought it was Nicole Eggert but don’t see it on her movie list. She was a young woman, maybe just in college in Paris. She has a love interest or it may have just been a handsome stranger. I recall a part where they’re outside a building, in the corner and are kissing and getting very sexual. She has a skirt and he touches her thigh. The man was a tall dark hansome type. Spoke with accent. Maybe they did it but don’t know. I was sure I knew the actress but maybe just a look-alike.
