I remember seeing just a scene from a movie I believe is from the early 80’s. There is a young boy, he is bald and extremely pale. I remember a bad man maybe trying to harm the boy, grabbed the boys arms and started screaming, as the boy had some kind of powers and and was burning the man’s hands. That is all I can remember from the movie. It is not the movie “Powder”.
